A simple buying
process

There are so many great reasons to call Woodlea home. From a simple 5% deposit, to abundant established amenity and complimentary landscaping - it all adds up in a big way.

Choose your package

Each House & Land package includes two separate contracts: the land and the home. Your builder will walk you through the purchase process for your home. A 5% deposit for your land lot will be payable at the contract signing.

Settlement process

The remaining 95% balance of your land lot is due at land settlement. A Woodlea legal representative will arrange for settlement with your legal representative.

During the build

Your builder will provide you with regular updates on the construction of your home, and will answer any questions you have during this exciting journey.

Enjoy a free front garden package on us, to the value of $10k*.

Move into your new home

Once you receive a Certificate of Occupancy, you can move in. A dedicated Community Development Manager will be available to help you settle in.
Your builder will provide you with customer care after settlement, including rectifying cosmetic defects and providing all trade warranty certificates and operating manuals.
